The front desk staff was efficient. i appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet. the hotel also offers free delivery on grubhub. That is convenient. my room had a fridge and many power sockets.
the area directly outside the hotel sometimes had unhoused people. this was noticeable but did not significantly impact my stay.

the hotel was clean upon arrival. i immediately noticed how super clean both the public areas and my room were. breakfast each morning offered a great variety. there was plenty of different types of food, alongside juices available.
the sofa bed in the room was not comfortable. it was quite squeaky when i moved around during the night. extra blankets that i requested never arrived, so i had to make do with what was already in the room.

the hotel sits close to penn station. it is also walkable to times square and herald square, so getting around was very easy. quite a few unhoused people are present, however they didn't bother me.

the rooftop seating area provides nice views. there is a gym with several machines for guest use. a business center is available with computers for guest use if needed .
